FCC restaurant, Phnom Penh

From FCC (or Foreign Correspondent Club), you can see a view of 2 rivers (Tonle Sap river and Mekong river) meet.

However, this place is not accessible for wheelchair users as the restaurant is located on the 2nd floor which has no elevator. Customers need to walk up to the restaurant.
